Pork

Deposits are now being accepted for 2023 pork orders which will be ready for pick up in mid to late October.
 
Our hogs are raised locally and humanely with no antibiotics, no mRNA and non-GMO feed. The hogs spend their days free range rooting in the woods and their nights in a secured paddock.
 
Final costs are based on hanging weight which is estimated around 200 pounds; $4 per pound for half hog and $3.50 per pound for whole hog.
 
Cuts are provided to your specifications from an FDA inspected facility, smoked meats are an extra $0.50 per pound, sausage in casings are an extra $3 per pound (no charge for bulk sausage).
 
Final reservations are secured when the deposit is received; $150 for half hog reservation, $200 for whole hog reservation.

Lamb

Deposits are now being accepted for 2023 lamb orders which will be ready for pick up in mid to late October.
 
Our lambs are raised locally and humanely with no antibiotics, no mRNA and non-GMO feed. The lambs spend their days grazing in a spacious lush pasture and their nights in a secured barn.
 
Final costs are based on hanging weight which is estimated around 50 pounds; $8 per pound for half lamb and $7.50 per pound for whole lamb.
 
Cuts are provided to your specifications from an FDA inspected facility.
 
Final reservations are secured when the deposit is received; $60 for half lamb reservation, $100 for whole lamb reservation.
